Senter, Stephenson, Johnson P.A.

This decades-old law firm had operated without a formal identity from its inception. The managing partner wanted to create a new identity that payed homage to the founding partners but had a modern, professional feel.

The first letters of each partners name are incorporated in to a symbol that also mimics a ligature used in legal documents. The letter J is in red, to identify the managing partner that is now running the practice. The letters are placed on a circle representing the protective shield provided by experienced legal counsel.

The palette of the identity is subdued to convey a conservative, responsible, experienced attitude.
